The Baker Hughes rig report shows the continuation of rigs added. The horizontal rigs broke 400 for the first time since April 24th, 2020. The largest changes by county this week are Howard Co., TX, dropping eight rigs for a total of nine, and Midland Co., TX adding seven rigs for 30 active horizontal rigs.
