As operators are announcing their intention to turn wells back inline, horizontal gas rigs have resumed a drop off losing four this week. Oil rigs may be approaching the bottom of the decline falling only one. The county with the largest change this week was Jefferson Co., OH falling four to a total of zero active horizontal rigs.
