Over the weekend, I updated some of the oil and gas employment charts for discussion at today's panel with The Capitol Forum.
Employee totals remain below the last 3 hiring peaks
Employment Production "Efficiency" peaked 4Q2021-1Q2022
With fewer DUCs, decreased number of experienced hands, and a reduction in Tier 1 locations... it will be interesting to see where the drop in efficiency levels off.
